These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Scoutzy, a multi-organization management platform.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
By accessing and using Scoutzy, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use Scoutzy, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
When you create an organization, you become its owner and are responsible for managing access, permissions, and content within that organization. You may invite others to join your organization with specific roles and permissions.
Organization owners have full control over their organizations, including the ability to add or remove members, assign roles, and delete the organization. Members should understand and respect the permissions granted to them.
Organization owners act as data controllers for the personal information of attendees and members managed within Scoutzy. By creating or managing an organization, you accept responsibility for ensuring that personal data — including data concerning minors — is collected and processed lawfully, with appropriate consent where required by applicable law. Scoutzy processes this data on your behalf as a data processor.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Scoutzy. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
You agree not to use Scoutzy for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice, and we will not be liable for any such modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoutzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts.
